BODYROCK INTENSE 20-MIN CIRCUIT

READY FOR AN INTENSE WORKOUT?

5 Exercies x 4 minutes = 20 minutes

Each exercise has 8 rounds:
20 seconds intense work
10 seconds rest

1) High Knees Jump Rope
2) Burpees
3) Jump Lunges
4) Long Jump Forward (into semi-squat), 2 quick jumps back
5) Jumping jacks
